AIADMK and DMK, which have ruled Tamil Nadu alternatively for several years, did not fulfil basic needs of the common people, Tamil Maanila Congress (TMC) leader G K Vasan said on Wednesday.
Vasan started his campaign in Madurai on Wednesday evening seeking support to the PWF-DMDK-TMC alliance.
